Theological significance
According to traditional texts, Goddess Sati's vocal pipe or throat (Nala) fell at this hillock in Nalhati. Worshipped as Maa Nalateswari, the shrine is revered for granting vocal clarity, speech purity (Vak Siddhi), and spiritual expression.
Approach this peeth with quiet breath and an open heart. Darshan is not only seeing— it is allowing the Mother to see you.
