AŚVINS, what praise may win your grace? Who may be pleasing to you both? How shall the ignorant worship you?

Ashvins, what praise may win your grace? Who can please you both? How shall the ignorant worship you?

Vinaya of the ajna: Kakshivan models sincere aporia before Ashvin prasada—how to please both twins, how the unknowing may still approach.

Begin learning with honest questions. Admitting ignorance is the doorway to relationship with expertise.

Here let the ignorant ask the means of you who know—for none beside you knoweth aught— Not of a spiritless mortal man.

Here let the ignorant ask means from you who know—for none beside you knows—not from a spiritless mortal.

Upaya asked of Ashvin jnana alone; contrast with spiritless mortal—true method comes from living divine wisdom.

Seek mentors who actually know. Methodology from exhausted or cynical sources cannot replace genuinely skilled counsel.

Such as ye: are, all-wise, we call you. Ye wise, declare to us this day accepted prayer. Loving you well your servant lauds you.

Such as you are, all-wise, we call you. Declare to us today the accepted prayer, O wise ones; loving you, your servant praises you.

Sarvajna Ashvins asked to reveal today's grahya stuti—bhakti-sevaka wants the prayer that is truly received.

Ask what actually lands. Request the message format that decision-makers can accept today.

Simply, ye Mighty Ones, I ask the Gods of that wondrous oblation hallowed by the mystic word. Save us from what is stronger, fiercer than ourselves.

Simply, Mighty Ones, I ask the Gods about that wondrous offering hallowed by mystic word; save us from what is stronger and fiercer than we.

Simple prashna about adbhuta havis sealed by brahman-word; raksha from overwhelming force.

Name power imbalances plainly and ask for protection when facing stronger, fiercer pressures.

Forth go the hymn that shone in Ghoṣā Bhṛgu's like, the song wherewith the son of Pajra worships you, Like some wise minister.

Forth goes the hymn that shone in Ghosa, Bhrigu-like; the song with which Pajra's son worships you, like some wise minister.

Ghosa's shining uktha and Pajra-putra's minister-like song: women's and lineage voices as valid Ashvin seva.

Honor diverse competent voices—including women and junior lineage members—as legitimate ministers of a mission.

1.120.6

Hear ye the song of him who hastens speedily. O Aśvins, I am he who sang your praise. Hither, ye Lords of Splendour, hither turn your eyes.

Hear the song of him who hastens; Ashvins, I am he who sang your praise. Lords of Splendour, turn your eyes hither.

Self-identification of the hastening stota: Ashvin chakshus requested—darshana as reciprocal gaze of Shri-lords.

Show up in person and own your voice. Attention from those who can help often follows clear self-advocacy.

1.120.7

For ye were ever nigh to deal forth ample wealth, to give the wealth that ye had gathered up. As such, ye Vasus, guard us well, and keep us safely from the wicked wolf.

For you were ever near to deal ample wealth, to give what you had gathered; as such, Vasus, guard us well and keep us safe from the wicked wolf.

Ashvin as Vasu nearness: gathered rayi redistributed; goptri against durvrika—wealth-guarding that includes predator-defense.

Security is part of prosperity. Protect community resources from predatory actors while keeping generosity flowing.

1.120.8

Give us not up to any man who hateth us, nor let our milch-cows stray, whose udders give us food, Far from our homes without their calves.

Give us not up to any who hates us, nor let our milch-cows stray far from home without calves, udders full of our food.

Na-parityaga to dveshin; dhenus not to wander calf-less far from griha—Ashvin care for food-security and herd bonding.

Refuse to surrender people to hostile control. Keep caregivers and dependents connected—family-friendly policy as food security.

1.120.9

May they who love you gain you for their Friends. Prepare ye us for opulence with strengthening food, Prepare us for the food that floweth from our cows

May those who love you gain you as Friends; prepare us for opulence with strengthening food; prepare us for the food that flows from our cows.

Prema gains Ashvin sakhyam; readiness for rayi via balya anna and go-rasa—friendship that readies the body for rightful abundance.

Friendship with good forces needs embodied readiness—nutrition and stamina—so opportunity does not find you depleted.

1.120.10

I have obtained the horseless car of Aśvins rich in sacrifice, And I am well content therewith.

I have obtained the horseless car of the Ashvins, rich in sacrifice, and I am well content therewith.

Ashvin anashva-ratha obtained—paradox vehicle rich in yajna; santosha of the rishi in this mysterious conveyance of grace.

Contentment with unconventional tools matters. Sometimes the right vehicle has no obvious horse—trust odd but effective means.

1.120.11

May it convey me evermore: may the light chariot pass from men To men unto the Soma draught.

May it convey me evermore; may the light chariot pass from men to men unto the Soma draught.

Ratha as parampara: light car moving person to person toward Soma—transmission of Ashvin access toward ananda-rasa.

Build tools that transfer easily between people toward shared flourishing—open knowledge pathways, not locked silos.

1.120.12

It holdeth slumber in contempt. and the rich who enjoyeth not: Both vanish quickly and are lost.

It holds slumber in contempt, and the rich who does not enjoy; both vanish quickly and are lost.

Duhsvapna-nashana close: the Ashvin car scorns tamasic sleep and sterile wealth without bhoga—both dissolve. Wake to rightful shared delight.

Reject numbing sleepwalk and joyless accumulation. Wealth unused for wellbeing evaporates in meaning; stay awake to generous living.
